Located in the MGM Studios

The Hollywood Brown Derby is a full service restaurant open for lunch and dinner.

Themed to the original restaurant in Hollywood, the ambiance is elegant.

Pictures of famous stars fill with walls, and so it was no wonder, I guess, that I found my first star right in the waiting area...

The seating in the restaurant is very comfortable and refreshing after touring the park.

Oh, Look! Another famous star...
...er, I mean, OLP Reviewer; >)

It was almost TOO exciting to eat... but we managed, beginning with appetizers....
Crab Cake wrapped in Potato over Slaw
Mulligatawny Soup which had excellent flavor and teensy bits of chicken in it.

Alan's main course was Filet Mignon (no surprise, there; >)

and I had a lovely Salmon served over polenta... VERY yummy!
While we could have, we didn't stop there. The menu now has a sugar free and "vegan" dessert called
Chocolate Decadence
The chocolate was good, but the mango sorbet was even better!

While this is by no means an economical meal (We spent approximately $80), it is most definitely one of the tastiest... not to mention there are stars everywhere! We give the Hollywood Brown Derby a double decker OLP thumbs up
